General Terms of Agreement – Weblyfe University

These General Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") govern the use of Weblyfe University's services, products, and platforms. By enrolling in Weblyfe University, you ("Student" or "User") agree to comply with these terms.

Students must maintain confidentiality regarding any private or sensitive information shared within the Weblyfe University platform or community. Sharing, disclosing, or reproducing any material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership of Work

All content and resources created by Weblyfe University remain the property of Weblyfe. Students are granted limited, non-transferable access to use the materials for personal development purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of course materials is prohibited.

4. Execution of Services

Weblyfe University commits to delivering high-quality educational content and services. However, the delivery of results depends on the Student's engagement, participation, and commitment to the course. Students are responsible for implementing the learning and resources provided.

5. Access and Community Participation

Upon successful enrollment, Students will receive:

  • Access to Weblyfe University resources and community spaces on https://weblyfe.university.
  • Invitations to events, group coaching, and social spaces.

Participation in community spaces requires adherence to community guidelines, including respect for others and constructive contributions.

6. Fees and Payments

All payments made for Weblyfe University are final and non-refundable unless specified under a specific program or promotion. By purchasing any program or product, you agree to the stated fees and payment terms.

7. Termination of Access

Weblyfe University reserves the right to terminate access to its services and community for Students who:

  • Violate any of these terms.
  • Engage in harmful or disruptive behavior within the community.
  • Use the platform for unauthorized purposes.

8. Duration of Agreement

Access to Weblyfe University resources is provided as specified at the time of enrollment. If the duration is not explicitly stated, access is granted for one year from the date of enrollment.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

10. Dispute Resolution
